Kate Mallender Photography is run by Kate Mallender, a freelance photographer based in Stamford Bridge, York. I am responsible for any personal information you share with me. You can contact me at katemallender@outlook.com or on 07903 623083.
I use your information because you have asked me to (to answer your enquiry or carry out a booking), because the law requires certain records, or because it is in my legitimate interest to run my business – never in a way you would not reasonably expect. I do not sell your information or add you to marketing mailing lists.
Only the services I need to run the business, each of which keeps your data secure:
Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking and payment records are kept for six years, as HMRC requires. Client galleries are kept online for an agreed period after delivery.
I may show a selection of photos on this website or my social media to illustrate my work. If you would rather your photos were not used, just tell me – before or after your shoot – and I will respect that.
This website does not use cookies to track you, and it carries no advertising.
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted (unless I have to keep it by law). You can also object to how I use it. Just email me. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
